Captivating audiences across the country with her grace, beauty and talent, JoceLien embodies the true essence of a butterfly.
From the tender age of 5, JoceLien (also known as Jocelien Danee) started her career singing and dancing competitively. By age 9 she was singing in stage plays throughout the east coast for the likes of playwrights such as the late David Payton, who is best known for his work A Good Man Is Hard to Find.
At the age of 12, talent scout West Adams (West Adams Music) discovered JoceLien on YouTube and introduced her to songwriter Nathan Barlowe, who wrote hits for groups such as the Keith Urban Band. He later wrote and produced sixteens songs for JoceLien, which won her two Carolina Music Awards for youth artist and video of the year.
JoceLien has also proven herself on stage by being crowned Miss Black Talented Teen USA in 2014. To this day she is the youngest to ever win the title. JoceLien continues to take her career to new heights. She is currently spreading her wings into the world of design with a line of hand bags through CEJ bags (CEJbags.com) called JOCEE collection.
Her talent is limitless and her potential is endless. If she is not setting records she is definitely setting trends. Her power house voice, unforgettable smile, and humbleness continues to gain fans worldwide as her resume grows.
